Our Medical Affairs Department consists of medical professionals whose scientific and clinical experience allows them to forge the link between the science behind our products and how it is commercialized. AREA SALES MANAGERS

Our Area Sales Managers are the cornerstones of our sales team. Almarom employs 6 excellent area sales managers whose experience surpasses the decade each in this field. 2 of our area sales managers head our Tripoli teams, and the rest supervise the western, middle, southern and eastern territories. Primary responsibilities of our area sales managers include managing, training and motivating existing sales team, revenue growth, custom develop marketing strategies per territory/account, collecting market feedback and report to our director of sales.

To maintain excellent business relationships with our key clients and to maximize business opportunities, our company employs a team of excellent Key Account Managers. Our key accounts team handle both major public and private accounts throughout Libya and their responsibilities extend to overseeing all sales, finance, marketing and customer service activities within their accounts. Our key accounts team works under the supervision of their respective area sales managers. Our medical sales representatives work strategically to increase the awareness and use of our company's pharmaceutical and medical products. Our medical sales representatives are the key link between us and our client healthcare professionals. They are responsible for arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector. In addition to meeting sales targets and maintaining a positive working relationships with healthcare professionals, our MSRs keep up to date with the latest clinical data in our industry and monitor competitor activity and competitors' products.

Small independent pharmacies constitute a huge chunk of pharmaceutical sales in the Libyan market. Libyans are still accustomed to doing their pharmacy shopping from their neighborhood pharmacies. Reaching those clients and fulfilling their specific needs of stock, collecting, informing our customers about new products, and meeting sales targets is no easy task. In addition, this route-to-market channel is important to extend our brand coverage and is absolutely critical to success in other channels in our market. Hence, Almarom's Van Sales operation is 30+ van sales reps and growing as we are expanding our operations to new sub territories. Our key account managers work very closely with our van sales team and their customers.
