Almarom is regulated by both the Libyan Ministry of Health and the Libyan Food and Drug Control Center (FDCC) and all of our processes have been designed with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) embedded.Almarom is fully accredited and licensed by all of the following agencies:- The Libyan Ministry of Health (MOH)- The Libyan Ministry of Economy (MOE)- The Libyan Chamber of Commerce - The Libyan Food and Drug Control Center (FDCC)Each of the licensing parties above ensures we are fully compliant with all industry laws and regulations. This includes ensuring that all of our facilities operate legitimately, are licensed in good standing, and are employing security and best practices for safely distributing prescription drugs from manufacturers to pharmacies and other institutions.As per Libyan law and regulation, we undergo regular review and screening of our operating policies and procedures, licensure verification, logistics operations, and warehousing facilities screening by both the MOH and FDCC.
Anyone engaged in the activity of wholesale distribution of medicinal products in Libya must hold a wholesale distribution authorizations issued by the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Economic, and the Libyan Food and Drug Control Center (FDCC). Almarom has always surpassed the minimum standards put forth by those regulatory parties.
Our legal, marketing and sales, and medical affairs staff is all well aware of all laws and regulations that govern our industry. Any new laws and regulations are communicated in time amongst our team and translated to the standard procedures governing the work policy and flow in our company's different departments and committees.
